Appearance: Dayffd is a tall man with deep red hair and a thin but strong build. Originally his hair was a dark brown, but he decided to dye it when he was younger as an act of rebellion and has continued to do so ever since. He has the infamous Kirkland eyebrows which he has also dyed red, and because he dislikes them so much, quite often waxes them. Has several piercings.

Red and green being the colours in the Welsh flag, and he loves the welsh people after living in Cardiff for some time, he usually wears all red or green clothing. You can't see it but he has a small red tattoo in the form the dragon on the Welsh flag on his "lower back" . He commonly puts a temporary tattoo similar to that on his "lower back" on his cheek. Or simply the welsh flag.

Personality:
Dayffd is a flirtatious fellow. He flirts with both men and women. He's sexy, very flirty, a bit cocky sometimes but is loyal, calm, quiet and relaxed with friends, family and lovers. However, he can be quite dark and devious when he feels like, its best not to ask him why he isnt married or about love in general. He's very romantic but not hopelessly so. He's very good at making tea and coffee, and isn't bad at cooking but not very fond of it. He dislikes the british with a passion, but has nothing against the irish. Much like with the australian and new zealand piss taking, he enjoys making fun of english people and teasing the scottish. He loves dragons and also has a large red plush dragon hidden in his room...sssh dont tell anyone.

He has a weakness for alcohol, he admits he's an alcoholic though. He's very cheeky and mischievous , often engaging in pranks, loves to draw, paint, sculpt you name it. He has a number of art books that his shown the children except for a select few. He likes to draw his lovers.. in the nude of course :3

Teaches:
Dayffd teaches art. He loves everything about the subject. Photography, skechting and drawing, painting, he loves life drawing , graffiti, digital manipulation, film and so on. Everything and anything that involves art he adores. The classroom filled with bean bags, tables and chairs, a large screen tv, computers with all the latest programs, handmade easels, everything you need to create, well anything!

Dayffd opened the door to his new room and plonked his bags onto one of the empty beds. It seemed his new roommate hadnt arrived yet. No matter, that left him plenty of time to unpack, decorate and organise his half of the room.

He opened the large, wooden wardrobe and unpacked his things into it. Day placed his laptop bag onto the clean, gray desk and filled the drawers with various books, pens, paper etc. Now that all that was done and organised he settled for decorating his half. He started by changing the bedspread with one of his own, a deep red one with a pattern of lighter red dragons upon in. Day placed a large welsh flag above his bed and a small, red welsh dragon statute on his bedside table.

Now he was all done, Dayffd smiled, for once he was organised and ready to teach!

Yao just had so many things, almost more then what his body can carry, he dragged stuff through the hallway to his new room. He opened the door, expecting that his roommate has already arrived. (considering the time he spent on his stuff he can't arrive early)

"Ni hao" he politely made his greeting. "Nice to........" He was about to offer him a hand shake however just then he clearly saw his roommate's appearance. He can't believe what he saw. 'Everything in this person is absolutely wrong aru!' was his thought and first impression.

Day was placing his laptop onto his new desk and had began to turn it on when the door opened. Oh great, it must be his new roommate! He turned around to greet him. It turned out to be an asian man with long dark hair.

Dayffd smiled warmly. "Helô, I'm Dayffd, nice ta meet ya" He grinned and put out his hand to offer him a handshake.

Yao Set his hand down without accepting the handshake. "Are you a teacher here aru?" He glared at this red haired man in his new room. "Is this a joke aru? Wearing those piercings, that tattoo and-- and that red hair aru! Do you think you can teach kids like that aru?"

Ok, Dayffd was speechless. Where the hell did this dude get off?! Tellin' him his appearance made him a poor teacher. Day maybe a carefree sorta guy but he did have a temper.

"Dude! What the hell is ya problem! Yeah I have piercings.. and actually this tattoo on my face is temporary" He yelled. It was but he had a real one on his...lower back. "I don't see how my appearance prevents me from teaching, isnt that a bit discriminatory?!"

Yao made a deep sigh "Geez we teachers enforce rules to the students aru. You think it's convincing to tell students not to have piercings aru? I can't believe you faced the principal like that aru." he glared at Dayffd "Don't think the school is a playground aru. They are high school students aru. Show them you are respectable aru."

Yao threw his bags on his corner of the room. "By the time you start teaching I expect you to show up in a more formal appearance aru." He started to unpack his things and not look back at Dayffd.

Dayffd actually laughed. This guy was a riot. "Boyo, ya aint the boss of me, the principal thinks I look fine~" He winked. "Lighten up, my appearence wont affected my teaching and if you think it would you have a clouded view of the world boyo"

He laid back onto his bed, staring up the ceiling. "Be ydy dy enw di?... I mean sorry, whats ya name boyo? "

Yao drops his set of clothes back to his bag. "what, you.... SERIOUSLY THE PRINCIPAL---?!" he picked up his clothes again and puts it in place. "I can't believe aru...." For the next few minutes he silently worked on unpacking his stuff. Books written in Chinese, cooking ingredients & utensils, calligraphy set and his favorite Hello Kitty merchandises to name few of his things.

Dayffd laughed again. "Ya didnt answer me question boyo, Whats ya name?" He turned over to look at the other man. "Me name's Dayffd D. Kirkland, at ye service boyo" He held out a hand covered with a few rings and a jade beaded bracelet.

Yao stood up as straight as he can. In spite being a lot shorter then the Welsh, he stood high. "Wang Yao, school nurse aru" he announced his name however didn't accept the hand. He still didn't want to accept Dayffd.
