First meeting plan; Getting to know each others, create a work plan together, schedule other meetings, start discussing ways to improve the school.
The Meeting will take place on Sunday, then you will be free to organize it yourself.

Student council elections

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!
Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.
((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.
1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.
2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.
3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.
4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.
5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.
6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.
7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.
8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.
9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.

Student or teacher? Student
Personality (mostly to see your characterization):
He's very shy and can't express his emotions very well. To others Týr seems cold, although he can be very explosive but that's rare. Týr acts somehow like a typical teenager and sometimes doesn't think about the consequences of his behaviour. Generally, he is polite to other people (at least he tries to), although he isn’t the kind of person that talks alot with other. Towards his so called family Týr is more outgoing and deep in his heart he loves them all, even if he would never admit it.
Although he know that it's unhealthy, he has the bad habit of smoking.
Most of the time Týr is lazy as ass but if something get's his interest he can be a little workoholic, working all night long with tonns of coffee.
Roleplay sample (minimum 200 words):
Without hesitation Týr made his clock hitting the wall as it dared to interrupt his nice sleep. Grumbling he turned around and thightend the blanked a bit more. He didn't want to stand up, the bed was so warm and comfy.
After an hour someone knocked at his door and the blonde hair of his older brother appeared. "You know that today is your first day in your new school?" Instead of answering, Týr coverd himself compleatly under the blanked. "Breakfast is ready and if you stand up now you can even eat something before you have to go", his brother said dry and left.
Slowly Týr forced himself out of the bed. His motivation was nearly zero as he put on the new schooluniform. Why did he had to change school again? In the middle of the year? Right, because he had to go to an residental school from now on, a normal school wasn't good enough anymore. Týr didn't understand it and he even didn't wanted to. He hated it. He would be the strange new guy with somehow uncommon silvergrayish hair. Týr thought about locking himself in his room and refused to come out, when his brother called once again. With a huge sigh he let go of that idea and looked around his room for the last time. Now he would enter a new stage of his life or something like that, his brother would say. With his suitcase and, hell, no motivation he went upstairs to get something from his brother to eat at home for the last time.

You app looks good, just watch your spelling I noticed a few spelling mistakes so just remember to auto correct youself.
I'm not too keen on Iceland as a smoker, but I guess it could work.
One more thing if your going to link Zerochan you should use the forum codes they provide or upload your photo to photobucket or another image host so you don't get broken links.
