First meeting plan; Getting to know each others, create a work plan together, schedule other meetings, start discussing ways to improve the school.
The Meeting will take place on Sunday, then you will be free to organize it yourself.

Student council elections

EDIT: Congratulation to Alfred for becoming president!
Every student willing to run for the Student council elections will have to give a small speech on their motivation; They also will have a week to convince people to vote for them.
The winner of the elections will become president, while the second best will assist him as vice president.
You may run for the treasurer and secretary post separately.
((post your "speech" here and rp out your promotion! people who didn't post said IC speech will not be considered as running up for a post. You will be asked to vote IC for who you think your character would vote for on Sunday. Teachers can't vote.))

School's rules

Following are our school's rules; we expect all students to follow them. Going against them will cause an immediate sanction. Severe offenses may result in expulsions.
1) Uniforms are mandatory on school's grounds. While we do allow students to alter them in some ways, we do ask of them they keep it close to the original. Skirts have to fall at least mid-thighs.
2)Violence is not allowed in any cases. Verbal violence, bullying, or fights will not be tolerated and will be faced with severe punishments.
3) Alcohol, weapons or drugs are not allowed on school grounds. This includes personal multi function knives or cigarettes.
4) Teachers will check the dorms after the curfew; past 10PM everyone is meant to be in their respective rooms, sleeping.
5) Male students aren't allowed in the girl's dorms, Female students aren't allowed in the boy's dorms.
6)Respect your teachers and environment. Mocking a teacher or littering will be punished.
7) Students are allowed to go in town, but not out of it. Please act like responsible people and stay out of trouble there.
8) Skipping classes is forbidden. You may miss classes if you get a note from the infirmary.
9) Students are not allowed in the teacher's lounge; they also have to ask permission before using any classroom out of class times.

Personality (mostly to see your characterization):
Kim is like a coconut, hard on the outside but sweet and nice in the inside, people who know Kim often describe her as a head-strong woman mostly because of how she has determination. She is always around looking out for her friends, while some people may never have seen Kim with a smile on her face I believe that if everyone start to stick around her and be friends with her she would start smiling in no time! While most people who take a glance at Kim for the first time often think of her as a shy girl but really she can be quite strong after her many long years of experience with fighting and will use it to protect her friends so watch out!
Role playing ( I'm not very good at this but i will give it my all!):
Pit-pat,pit-pat,pit-pat was all I ever heard in the morning during the rain season, I had awaken from my slumber and was still feeling very drowsy from staying up late last night preparing dinner for the many students coming from all over the world to the welcoming party at the Academy's gymnasium that I was suppose to attend tomorrow, I gave a quick glance out the window that was made with the most beautiful ebony your eyes could ever laded on, I saw the willow tree near the side the of the the fish pond and thought of how beautiful the the leaves dance with the rain in the morning sunlight. Staring at it made me think of how the other countries would react to this if they saw of how nature can be more beautiful then money, jewels, and all the gold and silver in the world, but my thought was interrupted by a familiar voice who I shall accompany with to the party.

Have you rped on a forum/Skype before (to know how much assistance you may need so we don't get irritated too quickly)?: No I have not and hope you can help this little newcomer ^^
How do you feel about your character?: Believe it or not Vietnam is one of my favorite characters in Hetalia because of how she is like me and has the resemblance of my mother.

Not bad. Just remember this is an AU RP so the countries are human so that does need to be fixed. Also you have South Vietnam on your country is she not suppose to be all of Vietnam? If I recall correctly there is no North or South Vietnam anymore but has been united since 1976.
Also you do not have control over the character Taiwan so you should not be using her in a character speak since the person playing her might not know Vietnam some goes with Alfred unless you speak to him about their history together please fix this.

Your personallity part stil needs to be fixed since you still have Vietnam as a country and still mentioning Taiwan, Japan, China, and Thailand once that is fixed up I can accept you

You still have her as a country and not as her human name. Remember the country's are normal humans in this AU RP.
