Personality: Scott get’s pissed off easily yet not at the same time, taking his anger sometimes on his family members. He tries to avoid getting to those situations, he seems to calm down when he has his usual cancer sticks. Usually laid back, eyes that mock, face that shows he usually doesn’t care, but his smile shows his egoistic side. Even though he’s pretty egoistic he enjoys having his Scottish terrier around. Also he may not seem to care, Scott is loyal to those who believe in him. He secretly plays his bag pipes, which is one of his favorite things to calm him besides smoking. He also often likes wearing plaid clothing. Often around bodies of water he often sees a magical creature named Nessie. Though when he works hard for something it seems everything turns back to the beginning, he tries his best and doesn't give up.

Appearance: Scott’s a red head, also having the messy bed head like his brother he parts his bangs further apart more than his little brother. Having hazel eyes and the family trademark eye brows. He’s quite a bit taller than Arthur and often uses that for his advantage to intimidate him.

History (to see how you translate the country's actual history into your character's background):
Scott was taken care by Niamh O'Callaghan, and Lochlan Kirkland when he was little. Later on in his life [Norway] had bullied him for quite some time, his friends turning on him made him unable to trust people well. He had made a pretty good French friend which pissed off Arthur but was often mad at him in return. One time Scott was pissed off from his younger brother's decisions and tries to make him learn his ways of doing things but in the end didn't turn out the way he wanted. Later on Arthur had gotten in so many fights at school, the little brother kept calling him and his other older brothers for help. He often joined his brother just to get something in return for helping him win most of the time. Hee had often tried to make his life easier by thinking that praying to god may help him, being catholic. Later on in his life he changed to Calvinism accepting life’s misery. Also having his first puff. He wanted to be different from most people, so he decided to try out his country’s famous instrument. The bag pipes, quite liking it, but never took lessons. Hitting his late teen-hood, he always had troubles getting jobs, spending so much time trying to find a job he often forgets about his studies. He may have to be in high school longer than he thought. Now in days, he doesn't smoke as much as people think, he'd only do it in privacy.

Roleplay sample (minimum 200 words):
Lighting a cigarette, Scott breathed in the fresh rain. He had gotten yet another job rejection letter. What was the matter with him…his brother get’s jobs so easily but they were kind of crappy jobs. But it was still a job. Life kind of rotted a bit, though Scott just shrugged it off as he took a puff at his cancer stick giving a stoic look through the rain. Grinning a bit as he shook his head to get some rain water out. It was sort of bad timing, he just gotten back from the post office to retrieve his letter and started pouring right away. Scott thinks of it as the sky is crying for his many losses, job wise,.…Hey, it seemed possible!
His cell rung in his pocket, sort of relieved that it hadn’t sparked a flame from the rain he picked up. “Aye…” Arthur answered his salutation with angry words which poked on his nerve, “Ye must be bloody joking. I ain’t cleanin’ yer shit up ye nyaff!” Another nerve poking reply, and taking the last puff of his smoke. Scott breathed in the smell of the rain water again and replied a little less angrily. “Alright, alright. Stop ya hollering, I be there in a few.” He threw the butt of the cigarette to the wet pavement and stepped on it.
